Genshin Impact has launched a new web event to celebrate its fourth anniversary, offering players free Primogems as part of the festivities. The open-world action RPG and its developer, HoYoverse, have enjoyed massive success since the game's release in late 2020, with tens of millions of players exploring the world of Teyvat. This success has also extended to HoYoverse's newer titles, such as Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. Now, Genshin Impact is officially marking its four-year milestone.

The anniversary celebrations began on September 28, with HoYoverse introducing a variety of special events in the latest Genshin Impact update. The launch of the new region, Natlan, brought an abundance of Primogems, made available through login campaigns and in-game bonuses. Additionally, players were thrilled to learn they could select a free five-star character from the standard rotation after Natlan’s release. Now, the celebrations continue with the newest anniversary web event.

Genshin Impact introduced its latest web event, "Starlight Reverie," on Saturday to commemorate the fourth anniversary. Similar to past web events, Starlight Reverie showcases various player statistics, such as login days and completed Daily Commissions. By completing different segments of the anniversary recaps, players can earn Primogems—180 Primogems through the main event and an additional 100 for referring returning friends. The web event is open for participation until October 12.
