Capcom has confirmed that the Resident Evil 2 remake will be the next game in the franchise to be playable on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, launching on New Year's Eve. However, players will need an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, or a newer device to run the game. For iPad and Mac users, an M1 chip is the minimum requirement. As with other Resident Evil games on Apple devices, players can use a Bluetooth controller in addition to touch controls.
